Isoclad

Manufacturing insulated panels and ancillaries for a national client base, this North East business chose Papyrus Research to investigate a new product market and sales channels. Mike McColl, Managing Director of Isoclad, says:

Isoclad made contact with Papyrus Research through a Tyneside networking event, as we needed to better understand a new market we were entering. Over the course of two meetings and few phone calls Soo listened to our requirements and drafted a project brief for us to consider. The brief was an excellent summary of our requirements, and contained a plan of action for the market research; clearly Soo had both listened to and understood what we required.

Following the research Soo presented us with a comprehensive report which answered many of our questions and concerns, and we have now shifted our sales and marketing focus in line with the report's findings.
